My weight slowly but surely began to fall. It took me about 9 months to lose 40 pounds, and reach my ideal weight which I have since maintained for 20 years.
I never expected that my new lifestyle would have such a positive effect on me. I feel more energetic, more alive, and ready to face anything that comes my way. More importantly, I gained self-confidence and belief in myself.
I felt that if I was able to do this, I could achieve anything I wanted in my life!
