DIMITRY MANOUSEVICH'S TRANSFORMATION Before I met Marina I was eating healthy and exercising, but I still was out of balance and overweight. I felt exhausted most of the time and could not understand what was the problem. Was I doing something wrong? REGINA KHERSONSKY Marina teaches simple things; you may have heard about them somewhere else. Brought all together, they, all of a sudden, force you to think about yourself and how often you have been misguided. Take care of yourself and you will be able to enjoy your life much more than you do now. She teaches you how to do it. Q. Different diets did not work, and your program is not a diet; it includes all aspects of life; it teaches how to organize the day, how to relax and separate important from unwanted daily activities; how to improve quality of life. Eating habits just a part of your program. Q. What was missing in the program and what would you improve? A.I would like you to have more simple examples, and sometimes the topic of class is so big and deep that I get lost. But this is not the defect of the program; it is a result of my own restraint, so this is actually a good thing. I am in fact convinced, that you do a marvelous job, I re-read my notes often.
RUTHANNE GIORDANO Q. What was your biggest fear or frustration before you signed up to my coaching? A. I did not really have a fear or frustration; I simply wanted to learn more.
Q. What have you tried before which did not work? Why chose me over others? A. Specific results: 1. Realizing just how significant clutter is on my overall health 2. Understanding that movement is essential, but exercise is optional - this was a real game-changer for me! 3. A better awareness of how to balance all areas of my life. 4. Why chewing slower is a good thing to do, and just how to develop that as a habit 5. A lot of what you shared helped me to simply stay in the moment - like learning to chew my food thoroughly. By simply chewing food more thoroughly, I am focusing on the flavor and texture of the food, for example, and I get greater value out of that moment. Now I have a much better grasp on living in the moment - which increases my joy.
Q. What was missing in the program and what would you improve? A. Only one thing I recommend: Sharing info about the Chronometer app. That is helping me to implement your suggestions perfectly!

Q. What was your biggest fear or frustration before you signed up to my coaching? Why did you sign up for my coaching? A. About a year ago, I was running two miles per day. I fell and injured my hamstring and once it healed, I was not able to get back into a routine of running or even walking. I have a very busy work schedule and I always found an excuse not to begin exercising again. I hoped that by working with you I would be held accountable and start getting back into shape.
Q. What have you tried before which did not work? Why chose me over others? What were the specific results that you got? Would you recommend me to your friends? Why/why not? A. I was trying to get back into the routine on my own but always found an excuse not to exercise. I was eating poorly and tried to diet but never stuck to them. Then I met you at the RCNG meetings through the Ridgewood Chamber of Commerce. You are so positive and have a contagious optimism. Your sentiment of “proceeding as if success is inevitable” is encouraging and empowering. I lost weight, my skin looks better due to better hydration, I am getting more sleep, eating less and better, started exercising, have created a schedule that honors my priorities and has made me more productive at work. Not bad for 90 days! I would recommend my friends work with you especially those struggling to reach specific goals or even more so, those who seem to be spinning the wheels and their lives are not going the way they would like.
Q. What was missing in the program and what would you improve? A. Overall the program was great! Personally, at times, I needed more time to internalize all the different areas we were working on at one time. Although, I recognize that this in itself could be an excuse sometimes I felt a bit overwhelmed.
Q. If you could sum it up, what was the value of my program for you? A. The most important thing that I learned was that I was going through life on auto-pilot. I was not living my healthiest or best life. Marina, you brought awareness to everything I do and made me realize that small choices add up to make a big difference. Thank you again.
